The website

Content on this site is provided for information. Prices and timelines are starting ranges; a binding quote exists only in a signed proposal. Benchmarks reflect our project history at the stated sample and date, not a guarantee of results.

Engagements

Work happens under a signed statement of work that lists deliverables, price, timeline, exclusions and payment schedule. Fixed prices hold while scope holds. Change requests are agreed in writing before work begins. TODO: link the full MSA once the legal template is confirmed.

Intellectual property

On final payment, all bespoke code, themes and documentation produced for you transfer to you. We retain rights to reusable internal tooling, general know how and the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Client information shared during audits and projects stays confidential. NDAs are signed on request before any detailed disclosure.

Liability

The website is provided as is, without warranty. Engagement liability is governed by the signed statement of work and is limited to fees paid under it, unless otherwise agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Codioo operating entity is registered. The signed statement of work states the entity and jurisdiction for each engagement.
