What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (free store audit, contact or estimate request) we collect the details you provide: name, work email, store URL, project type, budget range and message. We also receive standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) that most web servers and analytics tools record.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an audit or quote, and keep a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, the same details become part of our project records under our contract.

Analytics and cookies

Where analytics run on this site, they load only after consent where required by law. We use aggregate measurement (pages viewed, referrers, form conversions) and do not build advertising profiles from your visit.

Sharing

We share enquiry data only with the tools that operate our enquiry pipeline, such as our email provider and CRM, under contracts that restrict their use of the data. We never sell personal data. TODO: name the exact providers once confirmed, including processing locations.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client project records are retained for the period required by contract and tax law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by emailing hello@codioo.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access controlled systems. Access is limited to team members who need it to respond to you.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
