Codioo exists because Shopify development had a trust problem. Agencies sold flexible scope that only flexed upward, juniors learned on client stores, and audits were sales documents with charts. We built the opposite: senior engineers only, prices fixed against written scope, and an audit whose findings you can take to any team.
The team is deliberately small: a dozen developers, designers and project leads, all senior, all Shopify specialists. We stay narrow on purpose. Every process we run, from the migration matrix to the 60 day indexation watch, exists because a project somewhere taught us its absence hurts.
We work remotely with brands across Europe, the Middle East, North America and APAC. What has not changed since the first store: one team per project, weekly demonstrable progress, and a launch so rehearsed it is boring.
