The challenge
Aura Rituals ran subscriptions through an off the shelf app that could not express their bundle and swap rules. Subscribers hit dead ends changing products, support tickets piled up, and churn rose two quarters in a row. The app vendor's roadmap did not include their rules.
What we built
We designed and built a custom subscription app inside the Shopify admin on the Admin and Customer APIs. Subscribers manage next box, skip, swap and pause from their account page on the storefront. Fulfilment rules assemble each box, and dunning emails recover failed payments automatically. The brand owns the code and pays nothing per order.
